At Ailes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Ailes account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
